Filler Hydrolift

In the past, fillers have been used to plump up wrinkles and lines. In recent years, innovative ways to enhance your beauty using fillers have been introduced. Popularized by Korean celebs who desired both lifted, contoured faces sans scalpel as well as dewy, luminous skins, the Filler Hydrolift using Restylane is specially designed to deliver these multiple benefits using natural hyaluronic acid.

Filler Hydrolift delivers natural hyaluronic acid carefully under the skin of the lower face and cheeks using a novel injection technique to give tired saggy faces a subtle lift while replenishing lost hyaluronic acid stores instantly and restoring skin moisture to youthful levels. Studies have shown that Restylane® also stimulates your body’s own production of collagen, explaining why over the next 2-3 weeks, you will notice further lifting of your facial contour, together with more radiant, luminous skin.

How is the procedure different from normal fillers?

Restylane® is injected into your skin using tiny injections. This procedure will be made comfortable with the use of topical numbing cream as well as a novel injection technique which will allow the doctors to lift your skin maximally with minimal injections.

Is the procedure safe?

The procedure is very safe, as Restylane® is 99% identical to your skin's own hyaluronic acid. Mild injection related reactions such as pin-prick marks and redness sometimes occur, but will usually disappear spontaneously by the following day and can be concealed by makeup. Occasionally, mild bruising may occur, but this will resolve in a few days. If bruising is an issue, you can always book in for our anti-bruise therapy using Vbeam laser which speeds up the recovery time of bruises.

Is there any downtime?

There is minimal downtime involved. You can apply makeup immediately after and continue with normal activities right after the procedure.

What is the procedure like?

Your doctor will first examine your face thoroughly to tailor the treatment to your lifting needs. Your nurse will then apply a topical cream to numb your face to ensure maximal comfort before your doctor introduces the Restylane® into your skin. The whole procedure is very quick – it takes about 30 to 45 minutes.

What can I expect after the treatment?

The filler starts to work straight away to lift your skin naturally. Instantly, you will notice that your wrinkles have improved and that your face is more contoured and subtly lifted. These improvements continue over time as Restylane® further stimulates more collagen production. After 2 to 3 weeks, you will find that your skin is firmer with better texture, more hydrated with less surface roughness, and more elastic.

How long does the effect of Restylane last?

Like your own natural hyaluronic acid, Restylane® is naturally broken down by your body over time. The effect of this Filler Hydrolift last about 4 to 6 months, or even longer with proper rest, exercise and a healthy diet. Your doctor will advise you on when you should repeat the procedure to maintain the effects of the treatment.

What types of treatments work best with taking these Restylane micoinjections?

Skin-tightening procedures such as UltheraThermage and Light Lift, or replenishing skin rejuvenation treatments for the delicate under-eye area like the Revitalift work well with Filler Hydrolift.
